About Our Team

Our team of eye care professionals is experienced and friendly. We’re here to help all patients understand their benefits, schedule appointments, and fulfill their eye doctor’s orders. Our opticians can give you guidance in picking out your perfect pair of eyewear, and our friendly office staff is knowledgeable about billing and benefits coverage.


Dr. Balogh graduated with honors from Pacific University College of Optometry. He was a four year member of Beta Sigma Kappa, the optometry honor society.

In addition to an excellent academic track record, Dr. Balogh has trained in a variety of clinical settings including Madigan Army Medical Center at Fort Lewis, the Roseburg VA hospital in Roseburg, OR, the Barnett Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in Phoenix, AZ, and at several university affiliated clinics in the Portland, OR area. These varied experiences have given him a well rounded clinical background and excellent experience with the management of eye changes caused by diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, macular degeneration and glaucoma. Dr. Balogh has also had extensive experience with pre and post operative care of cataract and refractive surgery (LASIK) patients.

Dr. Balogh enjoyed a brief but rewarding career as an elementary school teacher prior to his optometric career and enjoys working with patients of all ages. In his spare time he enjoys recreational soccer, hiking, home improvement projects, and spending time with his wife, son, and faithful Labrador, Cosmo. Dr. Balogh looks forward to meeting the eye care needs of you and your family.

DR. Kimberly Pandiangan

Dr. Kimberly Pandiangan is a Seattle native and received her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Family Studies at the University of Washington. She graduated from Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University in Southern California. During her training, she was able to work in various geographical locations and optometry settings including Pearl Harbor Naval Base in Hawaii, Acoma Indian Health Service Clinic in NM, Salt Lake City Veteran’s Affair Clinic in UT, and various locations around Anaheim CA. Dr. Pandiangan performs primary care exams while also managing patients with chronic and emergent conditions.
When not working Dr. Pandiangan can be found spending time with her husband and two sons. She is also expecting a daughter soon! She also enjoys working on craft projects and outdoor activities.


After earning my Doctor of Optometry degree from The University of Montreal School of Optometry, I moved to Seattle and have been practicing in WA since 2007.During my career I have had extensive experience in primary eye care, ocular disease and eye surgery co-management. I have successfully fitted countless glasses and contact lenses.In my spare time I enjoy cooking, traveling and spending time with my husband and daughter.Dr. Topalova provides services in English, French, Spanish, Russian and Bulgarian
